Refund policy

Due to high demand and limited stock, we have specific return and exchange policies in place. Please ensure you select the correct product and quantity when placing your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, for UK orders, we gladly accept returns by mail within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Items that do not meet these criteria or that are damaged in transit may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refund requests may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
